The actual 'term is a thick credit-card sized sandwich of nanocircuitry, powered by a super-capacitor storage layer charged by a solar cell layer (you get about 6 hours use before needing a 3-hour recharge). The V-term projects a keypad and a screen into Virtuality, while it's onboard sensorgrid translates typing or drawing movements into keyboard commands.
